Tasting Notes:

100% Grande Champagne Fruit.
90% Ugni Blanc, with the rest comprised of Ugni Blanc, Folle Blanche, and Colombard
Blend of 20's and early 30's vintage fruit with 15% of 1906 vintage.
Most of these vintages spend 70 years in oak and then are transferred into glass demijohns.
Rich amber color.
Huge note of orange on the nose along with floral notes (like in herbal teas), spices, cinnamon, raisins, honey, and candied fig.
The body is big and rich with oak.
While very big, the oak is well integrated. There is nice leathery spice character and huge complexity of flavor.
The finish lasts forever and it is a complex mix of spice, fruit, vanilla, oak, floral notes, and more.
Exceptional!
