Tasting Notes:

Golden honey-like color.
Rich nose of cereally malt and peppery oak with a bit of honey.
Very big and malty on the palate with rich nutty oak notes, a touch of honey, and great barley character. Not very sweet and there is not a ton of salt or ocean influence. While an island whiskey, it drinks more like a rich highland.
Good malt whisky.
