Tasting Notes:

Light yellow color.
Tart, granny-smith apple and cereally malt on the nose.
This whisky has a tart and crisp acidity and very distinct apple and cantaloupe notes up front.
Slightly earthy and spicy about 3/4 the way through the palate with notes of orange pith, earth, and fruit on the finish.
Fantastic but very pricey.
