Tasting Notes:

Light golden yellow fringes with an amber center.
Very complex nose with notes of candied apricot, barley malt, nutty sherry, honey, caramel, and vanilla.
Very rich on the palate. There is a very full-bodied barley malt backbone with a touch of salty ocean influence throughout the palate. On top of that the flavor notes range through spice, fruity notes of apricot and prunes, nutty sherry, and toasty bourbon oak.
The finish is very smooth and leaves you with nutty note, oak, and vanilla.
