Tasting Notes:

Bourbon aged, American sherry cask, Spanish Fino Sherry Finish.
Golden amber color.
Rich and nutty sherry notes on the nose with a lot of complexity. Soft oak and caramel/vanilla aromas as well.
On the palate this has a very rich malt character. A bit of a peppery character on the palate. There is a lot of complexity as the nutty sherry, rich malt, and the peppery notes intermingle. The mouthfeel is medium-to-full bodied. Overall this is a good malt at a verycompetitive price for a 21 year. Big malt and sherry complexity without being overly sweet.
