Tasting Notes:

Extremely pale yellow color.
Rich earthy nose of cocoa powder and coconut alongside some slightly sour apple or tropical fruit notes.
On the palate this is rich and creamy. The flavors integrate well and there is a lot of complexity. Notes of cocoa powder and apples along with a touch of sourness (think tart apples).
The finish leaves me with a long note of vanilla and a bit of a note of almonds.
