Tasting Notes:

Very light approachable nose for a Honjozo.
On the palate this is light and slightly earthy with a slightly nutty almond character. For the honjozo style this sake has very little alcohol heat. There is not a ton of complexity to the palate but the finish is very clean and leaves a subtle note in the vein of almond and vanilla.
