Tasting Notes:

Clear in color with a slight haze.
Powerful nose of pineapple and underlying earthy grain.
Rich and fruity but with a bery big backbone of earthy grain.
Steak sake. Would pair well with very rich foods. It does have a fairly sweet profile too and could be an after-dinner drink. The vendor even suggests trying it on the rocks.
Very interesting and worth a try.
