Tasting Notes:

Very slight yellow tint but almost clear.
The nose is buttery with vanilla notes.
Rich and creamy on the palate with a big buttery character, slight earth (probably from the Menkoina in the blend). Notes of vanilla and almond and the finish leaves you with nice creamy vanilla and earth.
Good sake in a rich buttery/earthy style.
