Tasting Notes:

Aged in refill sherry barrels for 3-5 years.
Golden colored.
Light smoke and sherry on the nose along with a bit of spicy oak and alcohol.
On the palate this has a mellow spice and rich flavors of vanilla and caramel/molasses.
Rich and sweet rum with a slight smoky character and a clean flavor.
Well made.
