Tasting Notes:

Pale straw/golden color.
Slightly floral nose with some nice herbal jasmine and pepper notes toasted marshmallow.
Despite the lighter style nose this is very assertive on the palate. There is a lot of peppery alcohol. Midway through the palate there is a fruity note of pears.
With Water: The nose opens up to more lavender and heathery herbal notes. The pepperiness of the alcohol is still there but with water it subsides a bit and leaves more room for the heather and floral notes on the palate.
The finish is rich malt and leaves me with the taste of peach skins.
