Tasting Notes:

Distilled by Willy Tate from Jura during a Beam brand owned distilling stint of one month in 1998.
Rich amber center with pale yellow gold fringes.
Strong influence of Manzanilla sherry style on the nose. There is an interesting note of nutty sherry, and salty almost bacon-like notes.
Rich and nutty on the palate. There is huge sherry influence on the palate but it is a drier, nuttier style of sherry than most. Rich and complex with noticeable peat.
The finish is long and is dominated by rich nutty sherry notes.
