Tasting Notes:

Rich golden color with an amber tint.
The nose has a distinctive note of icewine-style pinot gris. Very different. The peat and sweet malt stand behind those notes but do not overpower them.
Completely unique on the palate. There is a rich body of sweet malted barley and there is a note of peat. On the palate though, this whisky takes on a bit of the character of a very elegant icewine and has a finish with notes of beautiful pinot gris grapes.
Beautiful and unique.
