Tasting Notes:

Pot Distilled Lightly sweet nose of citrus and soft juniper. On the palate this shows a nice level of mellow sweetness and citrus character along with mellow juniper with a little spice. The finish shows a medium alcohol presence and a slight bitterness but it is not overpowering. Good value, and interesting to see a molasses based gin.
