Tasting Notes:

Light to medium amber color. Rich and sweet cereally malt on the nose with a herbal and grassy note in the vein of chamomile. Without water: On the palate this is a rich profile of cereally malt. The mid palate opens up with a airy floral and herbal character. With Water: Honey, spice, and flowers on the nose. The palate is a bit lighter with water with a nice sweet malt structure. Notes of heather and a perfumey floral character complement the mid-palate. Finishes with honey and sweet barley malt. (Tasted from 50ml Sample: Pictured)
