Tasting Notes:

Light amber color with golden fringes. Lightly vegetal and smoky on the nose with underlying sweet malt. Nice subtle smoke on the palate with a bit of a flinty character. There is a good layer of underlying malt sweetness and the mid-palate evolves into a earthy and peaty note. Finishes with dry grain and very soft peat. Great mellow Islay.
