Tasting Notes:

Powerful and complex nose of truffle, flinty earth, and fragrant pear.
Slightly sweet and very rich up front on the palate. Fruit flavors come first, reminiscent of pear, plum, and apple. The mid-palate is very creamy and shows some notes of almonds. Very smooth, silky, and complex on the palate. The finish leaves you with a lightly sweet taste character on the palate and notes of fruit and minerals.
